Disable " from " field from Exchange Server

How to Block the option ( Home >New E-Mail >Options > From ) from the Server which will be enabled \ appeared at MS Outlook in 2007 & 2010.Regards, Amjuu-Anu ..

Hi,
It seems to be that you are using 2 different accounts on outlook so this option is because of that if you will use single account than it will not appear in outlook also you will send mails from your default one dont worry just make your default account
which you want and mails will be send from that particular account.

Hi,
If Use a single account also it shows that " from " field , I want to disable for all ( 3,000 Users ) users .
Please advise ...

There is not really a good solution to this. Even if you disable the FROM from Outlook, they can still use OWA or a POP/IMAP client or event telnet.
Why the need to do this?

Un authorized users can send an e-mail by using this " from " field to others. I want to block from Server , is it possible ?

Outlook Mapi and OWA clients can not send as another user unless they have the permissions to do so.
However, anyone can spoof the FROM: field using other clients or from outside your org. You cant prevent that. Removing the FROM: isnt going to help you here.
